REFUNDS AND RETURNS
Pioneer Valley Apiaries honey is high quality stuff that we are really proud of, and we think you’ll be supremely satisfied with it, too. For health and safety reasons, however, honey purchased through this website is not returnable.
If any part of your honey order arrives damaged, you must let us know within five (5) days of its arrival so that we can remedy the issue. Please do not discard any part of the damaged package, as it may be necessary to document/photograph the damage as it arrived or to have it brought to your local post office. You can notify us of damage by replying to any email you received from us regarding your order or via our Contact page here.
If you purchased our honey at a physical store or farm stand, please contact that location for information on their return policy.
